Chalet Bar-B-Q Rôtisserie opened its doors in August 1944. Over the years we have built a legendary reputation for the best charcoal barbequed chicken in the world. Ask anyone who knows! We selectively buy farm fresh plump chickens and then we slowly roast them over hardwood charcoal, in our custom built brick ovens. We make sure every chicken is crispy and golden on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. When served with our famous dipping sauce, nothing compares. Simply delicious!
