We selectively buy farm fresh plump chickens and then we slowly roast them over hardwood charcoal, in our custom built brick ovens. We make sure every chicken is crispy and golden on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. When served with our famous dipping sauce, nothing compares. Simply delicious!
